With over two decades of international financial leadership experience as a CFO and holding global directorships across multinational, privately owned, private equity backed and growth stage organisations. Covering finance ownership in complex capital intensive businesses, ERP transformation, banking relationships, governance and board level accountability.
Having operated at executive and board level, she assesses candidates as a CFO evaluating commercial judgement, financial acumen and leadership capability alongside technical competency. It is this firsthand perspective that sets Integral apart.
She brings expertise to recruitment. By cultivating partnerships with clients and candidates alike balancing organisational priorities with individual growth opportunities.
